  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles to ensure they are in safe and efficient working condition.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and industry knowledge.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each vehicle.
  5. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete larger repairs or projects.
  6. Utilize technical manuals and resources to stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on vehicles.
  8. Communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and prioritize repairs.
  9. Utilize time management skills to meet deadlines and complete repairs in a timely manner.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from drivers or fleet managers.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  13. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance and safety.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to sustainability by properly disposing of all waste materials and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Heavy Goods Vehicles (Hgvs), Including Diagnostic Skills And Familiarity With Volvo Group Products.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Understanding Technical Manuals And Schematics For Vehicle Repairs And Maintenance.

  • Strong Mechanical And Electrical Skills, Including The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Systems.
