- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IoT and Edge Computing.
- Identify potential areas where IoT and Edge Computing can be implemented to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions using IoT and Edge Computing.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of IoT and Edge Computing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful execution of projects.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Iot And Edge Computing Technology: The Head Of Iot & Edge Computing At Volvo Group Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Iot And Edge Computing Technologies, Including Their Applications, Benefits, And Limitations. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Iot And Edge Computing Projects.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior-Level Role, The Head Of Iot & Edge Computing Should Have Excellent Leadership And Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Build And Lead A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions That Align With The Company's Goals.
Experience In The Automotive Industry: To Excel In This Role, The Candidate Should Have Experience In The Automotive Industry, Preferably In A Similar Position. They Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Industry's Challenges, Trends, And Regulations, Along With A Network Of Contacts And Partnerships Within The Industry.
Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: The Head Of Iot & Edge Computing Must Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically.
