- Develop and implement strategic plans for the finance operations function in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success and development
- Oversee and manage all financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements within the finance operations function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and key partners
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate finance operations processes
- Act as a champion for a customer-centric mindset within the finance operations function and across the organization.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance Operations, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Forecasting Processes.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Implementing Process Improvements And Cost-Saving Initiatives.
