- Lead and direct the Portfolio Management team in developing and implementing strategic plans for Volvo Group's portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize portfolio objectives and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment and support for portfolio strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and risks for the portfolio.
- Analyze and evaluate portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Portfolio Management Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
In-Depth Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Forecasting Techniques.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
