  1. Lead and manage the development of new products for the Volvo Group, from conception to launch.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for product development projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.
  4. Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to inform product development decisions.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or delays.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Ensure all products meet the company's high standards of quality, safety, and innovation.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to facilitate the sourcing of materials and components for product development.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on project management best practices and processes.
  11. Stay up-to-date on advancements in project management and product development methodologies.
  12. Represent the Volvo Group at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and learn about new developments in the automotive industry.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Product Development Processes, Including Project Planning, Budgeting, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Ms Project Or Agile Methodologies.
