  8. Participate in agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  9. Identify and propose solutions for technical challenges and roadblocks.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize existing applications for better performance and scalability.
  11. Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of bug-free and high-quality software.
  12. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
  13. Mentor and train junior developers to promote knowledge sharing and development within the team.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as coding standards and best practices.
  15. Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
