Crushing & Screening Specialist

The specialist will support the Sales & Product Support Teams in both the sales process and ensuring the appropriate equipment uptime levels are achieved. Assist Territory Sales Manager in demonstrations, quotes, and product deliveries, set-up and training to our customers. Support the parts teams including the Corporate Parts Manager to ensure we have both the right RSL’s and right level of parts available to support the Sandvik machine population. Provide and generate sales and service leads in a timely fashion. Building on existing and foster new customer relationships to increase machine sales, rentals and parts sales. Develops and implements strategies to simplify processes, improve our interface with our customers and ensure high-level customer satisfaction. Gather, analyze and report on competitive and business developments.
