Cleaning Technician - 2nd Shift

1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all facilities within the Volvo Group.

3. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting.
4. Use appropriate cleaning tools and equipment to effectively and efficiently complete tasks.
5. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply at all times.
6. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
7. Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
8. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and meet cleaning goals.
9. Follow cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure all areas are maintained on a regular basis.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with employees and visitors.
11. Communicate any concerns or issues related to the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities to management.
12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for process enhancements.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
14. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
