  1. Perform high-quality auto body repairs on Volvo Group vehicles according to company standards and procedures.
  2. Utilize advanced equipment and technology to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle damages.
  3. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor and report any necessary parts and supplies needed for repairs.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the repair process.
  9. Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Auto Body Repair: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Auto Body Repair, Preferably With A Focus On Volvo Vehicles.

  • Knowledge Of Volvo Repair Standards: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Volvo's Repair Standards And Procedures To Ensure High-Quality Repairs.

  • Technical Skills: A Strong Understanding Of Auto Body Repair Techniques, Such As Dent Removal, Welding, And Painting, Is Essential For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Even The Smallest Imperfections In A Vehicle's Bodywork.

  • Communication And Teamwork: The Candidate Must Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively With Colleagues, Customers, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Follow Instructions And Provide Updates On Repair Progress.
