
Auto Body Repair 3rd Shift

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring the exterior of our vehicles to their original condition. - Perform auto body repair and restoration tasks on vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair methods.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and other exterior components.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, such as welding machines, sanders, and paint guns, to complete repairs.
- Ensure all repairs are completed with precision and attention to detail to maintain the vehicle's original appearance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with hazardous materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide updates on repair progress.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used for billing and warranty purposes.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new repair techniques and technologies in the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as paint and assembly, to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers regarding their vehicle's repairs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company at all times.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in auto body repair.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Auto Body Repair And Collision Work, Preferably With A Focus On Volvo Vehicles.
Proficiency In Using Diagnostic Tools And Equipment To Accurately Assess And Repair Damage To Vehicles.
Strong Understanding Of Automotive Repair Techniques And Industry Standards, Including Welding, Painting, And Frame Straightening.
Ability To Work Independently And Efficiently In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment.
Flexibility To Work Third Shift Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, As Needed To Meet Production Demands.
