1. Develop and maintain financial planning processes for the R&D department of the Volvo Group.
2. Collaborate with R&D teams to understand their financial needs and provide support in creating budgets and forecasting.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance of R&D projects and communicate any potential issues or risks.
4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency within the R&D department.
5. Develop financial reports and presentations to communicate financial data and recommendations to upper management.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning for research and development.
7. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial planning processes.
8. Act as a liaison between finance and R&D teams to facilitate communication and understanding of financial goals and objectives.
9. Continuously review and improve financial planning processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
10. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall financial planning and performance within the R&D department.
