- Develop and implement digital strategies for After-Sales activities in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Utilize your technical expertise to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation in After-Sales processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance the digital capabilities of After-Sales operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digitalization and make recommendations for their implementation within the company.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the digitalization of After-Sales activities.
- Communicate and present digital initiatives and projects to stakeholders, including upper management and cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for digitalization projects in After-Sales.
- Train and support team members on digital tools and processes to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
- Identify and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation of digital solutions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of digitalization initiatives in After-Sales operations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all digital initiatives.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize digital processes and systems in After-Sales activities.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in implementing digital solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Digitalization And Its Application To After-Sales Activities.
Strong Technical Skills And Familiarity With Programming Languages And Software Development.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
