Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Configure and manage time data integration activity. -Engineering and supporting complex integration solutions. -Coordinate with Customers, Web-Tools, branch offices & corporate departments to ensure accurate and timely integration of customer time data. -Identify trends and recurring issues, if any, in source data, escalating as necessary with a focus on continual process improvement. -Resolve issues/concerns as they arise on a proactive basis with branch staff, Customers and management as needed. -Provide management with feedback on ways to improve the work environment, procedures and work performed. -Communicate with corporate departments, branches and customers as needed to improve processes for customer and business needs. -Data Translation facilitating import to company systems via multiple sources and formats. -Data validation and exception reporting. -Ensure excellent customer service within a business environment that values accuracy, timeliness, efficiency and continuous success. -May lead special projects and support implementations. -Provide Customer Service both internally and externally, in an efficient and effective manner. -Provide management with feedback on ways to improve the work environment, procedures and work performed. -May lead special projects and support implementations. -Follow established policies and procedures to ensure all processing deadlines are met, -inform supervisor in a timely manner if any deadlines are at risk. -Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned and as required.

  • Payroll, Accounts receivable, billing processes and principles, account reconciliation techniques.
