Vice President - Privacy, Responsible AI and Data Regulations (PRADAR)

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update privacy policies, procedures, and practices.
5. Conduct privacy impact assessments and ensure data privacy compliance throughout the company's operations.
6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data privacy regulations and best practices.
7. Represent the company in discussions and negotiations with regulatory bodies and industry organizations related to data privacy.
8. Monitor and report on the company's compliance with data privacy regulations and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Work closely with the legal team to ensure all privacy policies and practices are in line with legal requirements.
10. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to stay informed and influence the development of data privacy regulations.
11. Lead and manage a team of data privacy professionals to ensure the company's privacy goals are met.
12. Proactively identify potential privacy risks and develop mitigation plans.
13. Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure privacy by design and by default in the development and implementation of new products and services.
14. Drive a culture of privacy and responsible AI within the company.
15. Communicate and promote the company's privacy policies and practices to customers and stakeholders.
16. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed on privacy trends and best practices.
