Telecom Billing Manager

1. Oversee and manage all billing operations.

3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with telecom regulations.
4. Track and monitor billing performance.
5. Liaise with other departments and vendors to resolve billing issues.
6. Investigate billing discrepancies and take corrective action.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on billing operations.
8. Train and mentor staff on billing processes and procedures.
9. Develop strategies to optimize billing efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to address any complaints or issues.
