  9. Develop and manage the store's budget, making strategic decisions to optimize profitability.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  11. Identify and develop talent within the team, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing opportunities for professional growth.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and exceed their expectations.
  13. Represent the company's brand and values in a professional manner at all times.
  14. Collaborate with other store managers and company leaders to share best practices and drive overall business success.
  15. Maintain accurate records and reports, communicating relevant information to upper management as needed.

Job Qualifications
