Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Store Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Store Profitability.
