  1. Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue for the store.

  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  12. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Store Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Associates.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Store Profitability.
