Experience In Retail Management: The Store Manager Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Retail Stores, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Staff, Inventory, And Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Store Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Deliver Exceptional Customer Service. They Should Also Have Experience In Performance Management And Be Able To Provide Coaching And Feedback To Their Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As The Face Of Vodafone In Their Store, The Store Manager Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Customers, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Also Have The Ability To Effectively Communicate Company Policies, Procedures, And Promotions To Their Team.
Proven Track Record In Driving Sales: The Store Manager Should Have A Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques And Be Able To Develop And Implement Strategies To Drive Sales And Increase Revenue For The Store.
Knowledge Of Telecommunications Industry And Products: The Store Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry And Vodafone's Products And Services. This Includes Knowledge Of The Latest Technology, Pricing Plans, And Promotions. They Should Also Keep Up-To-Date With Industry Trends And Competitor Offerings To Ensure The Store Remains Competitive.
