- Design and implement Siebel solutions that align with the business objectives and requirements of Vodafone.
- Lead and manage the Siebel team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Siebel, providing technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive the success of our customer relationship management platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and standards related to Siebel, and proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to the platform.
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of Siebel projects, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the Siebel team to support their professional growth and development.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for Siebel solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations on Siebel-related initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of Siebel solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Siebel Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Siebel Architecture, With A Deep Understanding Of Siebel Crm Modules And Their Integration With Other Systems.
Strong Technical And Analytical Skills: The Sr. Manager Siebel Architect Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Siebel Development, Configuration, And Integration, Along With A Solid Understanding Of Database Management And Sql. They Should Also Have Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Siebel Implementations And Upgrades, With The Ability To Lead A Team Of Developers And Ensure Timely And Quality Delivery.
Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Telecommunication Industry And The Business Processes Involved In Providing Services To Customers. They Should Also Have The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions Using Siebel Crm.
Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Influence Stakeholders, And Mentor Junior Team Members.
