  1. Design and implement innovative and efficient Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint technology.
  2. Lead and manage a team of IAM experts to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop strategies for IAM solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain IAM architecture, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to IAM and make recommendations for their implementation.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the best possible solutions for the organization.
  7. Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of IAM solutions across multiple systems and platforms.
  8. Conduct regular audits of IAM systems and processes to identify any vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  9. Train and mentor team members on IAM policies, procedures, and technologies.
  10. Monitor and report on the performance of IAM systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company security policies.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams and departments on IAM best practices.
  13. Manage budget and resource allocation for IAM projects and initiatives.
  14. Continuously assess and improve IAM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Architecture And Design, With A Focus On Sailpoint Identityiq.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Enterprise-Scale Iam Solutions, Including Experience With Complex Integration Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Standards For Iam, Including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, And Multi-Factor Authentication.

  • Exceptional Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Iam Professionals And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Security Frameworks, Such As Gdpr, Iso 27001, And Nist, And Experience Ensuring Iam Solutions Meet These Requirements.
