We’re looking for an experienced Specialist Support Engineer IP to join our team at Vodafone. This is an opportunity to be part of a talented, dynamic team that is responsible for providing support and maintenance of IP networks.We’re looking for someone with a passion for technology and customer service who can provide technical expertise and support to our internal and external customers. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good knowledge of IP technologies, including routers, switches and firewalls. You should also have strong experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution of IP network issues.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
