- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Vodafone's cloud and security solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of cloud and security technologies to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure their satisfaction with our solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Vodafone's product portfolio and keep up-to-date with industry developments.
- Represent Vodafone at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and networking opportunities.
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote our cloud and security solutions.
- Use CRM systems to accurately track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Proven Track Record In Sales And Business Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Solution Sales, With A Strong Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. This Experience Should Also Include A Background In Selling Cloud And Security Solutions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud And Security Solutions: The Solution Sales Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Current Market Trends, Technologies, And Solutions In The Cloud And Security Space. This Includes Knowledge Of Public, Private, And Hybrid Cloud Solutions, As Well As Various Security Protocols And Tools.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Member Of The Sales Team, The Solution Sales Manager Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role.
Ability To Develop And Implement Sales Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Market Data, Identify Potential Clients, And Develop Effective Sales Strategies To Drive Revenue Growth. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt And Pivot Their Approach Based On Changing Market Conditions.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Solution Sales Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Sales Professionals, And Therefore, Should Have Previous Experience In Leading And Managing A Team.
