  10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  11. Stay organized and manage time effectively to ensure all sales targets and deadlines are met.
  12. Continuously seek out new opportunities and ways to improve the SME business development process.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all sales activities are carried out in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
