  1. Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to support Vodafone's business needs and drive innovation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing enhancements and upgrades as needed.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing Vodafone's ServiceNow platform.
  6. Train and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide creative solutions to meet their requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes, procedures, and configurations.
  9. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within ServiceNow.
  11. Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with Vodafone's overall technology strategy.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy regulations, while working with ServiceNow.

  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow: A Senior Servicenow Developer At Vodafone Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow, With A Strong Understanding Of Its Functionalities And Capabilities.

  • Proficient In Servicenow Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Servicenow Development, Including Experience With Scripting, Workflows, Integrations, And Custom Application Development.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Servicenow Developer At Vodafone Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In Programming Languages Such As Javascript, Html, Css, And Experience With Web-Based Technologies.
