- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support the overall business goals and objectives of Vodafone.
- Oversee all aspects of product management related to HR, including identifying market trends, conducting market research, and developing new products and services.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR needs and challenges within the organization.

- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for HR professionals, ensuring a diverse and high-performing team.
- Serve as a role model for Vodafone's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Represent Vodafone at industry events and conferences to showcase the company's HR capabilities and offerings.
- Handle any escalated HR issues or conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
- Continuously assess and adapt HR processes and procedures to keep up with the changing needs of the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management And Hr, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Driving Growth And Innovation.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Product Managers And Hr Professionals.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Practices And Policies, As Well As Experience With Product Development And Market Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Relevant Certifications Are A Plus.
