  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities for Vodafone in the designated regions of Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Heidelberg, or Ulm.
  2. Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through effective communication and networking.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful onboarding and retention of new clients.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and negotiation.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Vodafone's products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing Vodafone's solutions and services.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business goals.
  9. Regularly update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to anticipate and address the changing needs of clients.
  11. Represent Vodafone at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  12. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance towards achieving their individual and team goals.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Acquiring New Business And Meeting Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business-To-Business (B2B) Sales, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Client Relationships.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Market And Competition, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On New Business Opportunities.
