
SAP Successfactors Consultant
Vodafone is looking for an experienced SAP Successfactors Consultant to join our team and help us continue to drive transformational change. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of SAP Successfactors solutions, from inception to implementation. You will need to have a deep understanding of SAP Successfactors and be able to provide innovative and effective solutions.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in SAP Successfactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance, Learning, and Compensation. You should also be comfortable in both functional and technical roles, with experience in customizing, configuring, and integrating SAP Successfactors with existing systems. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. You should also be a team player, with the ability to quickly build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues. - Lead the delivery of SAP Successfactors solutions from inception to implementation.
