  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create individual development plans for team members.
  8. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage team members to reach their full potential.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Using Crm Systems And Other Sales Tools, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions Based On Sales Metrics.
