- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the designated South territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive customer retention.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Train and manage a team of retail sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively represent the Vodafone brand.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop and implement effective promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Provide regular reports to upper management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by implementing best practices and addressing any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent Vodafone at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the company's network.
- Stay updated on product and service offerings and train the team on new products to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.
- Proactively identify and address any operational challenges or issues that may impact sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure brand standards are being met and maintain a strong brand image.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach and drive sales growth.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to the company's values.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Sales Strategies, And Customer Behavior In The South Region.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Retail Partners And Customers.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Managing Budgets, And Driving Business Growth In A Competitive Market.
