- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, at all times.
Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Senior Management.
Knowledge Of Telecommunications Products And Services: Familiarity With Vodafone's Products And Services, As Well As The Latest Trends And Developments In The Telecommunications Industry.
