  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Vodafone store in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Vodafone's products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and upcoming technologies and trends in the telecommunications industry.
  5. Assist customers with setting up and troubleshooting their devices and services.
  6. Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing Vodafone's systems and processes.
  7. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the Vodafone brand.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  10. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
  11. Stay up-to-date on Vodafone's promotions, campaigns, and policies.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay up-to-date with Vodafone's products, services, and policies.
  15. Represent the Vodafone brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
