  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a retail environment.
  2. Promote and sell Vodafone's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and support for their devices and services.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Vodafone's products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  5. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store and individual sales goals.
  9. Ensure store operations are running smoothly and assist with any tasks or duties as needed.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times to maintain a professional and ethical work environment.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve any customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  14. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving sales and customer service.
  15. Represent Vodafone in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Retail Adviser At Vodafone In Horsham Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
