  1. Greet and welcome customers to our store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  3. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest technology and trends.
  4. Proactively approach and engage with customers to build relationships and establish their needs.
  5. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant team.
  6. Ensure the store is always well-presented and stocked with the latest products and promotions.
  7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and inventory management.
  8. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge and provide a seamless customer experience.
  10. Provide support and assistance to customers with technical issues or troubleshooting.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, colleagues, and the company.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Vodafone, promoting our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
