  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive and welcoming environment in the retail store.
  2. Provide expert knowledge on Vodafone products and services to customers, ensuring they are well-informed and able to make informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell Vodafone products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Vodafone's policies, procedures, and promotions to accurately communicate information to customers.
  7. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and Vodafone products and services, and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  10. Assist with store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and sales processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  15. Uphold and embody the Vodafone brand and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
