We are looking for a Retail Adviser to join our Vodafone team on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week. As a Retail Adviser, you will be the face of Vodafone, providing expert advice and support to our customers on our products and services.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.

  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

  8. Maintain store appearance and ensure products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products and services.
  12. Adhere to company guidelines for inventory management and stock replenishment.

  14. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.
  15. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
  16. Provide excellent after-sales support by following up with customers and addressing any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
