- Greet and welcome customers to the Bluewater Experience store, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Vodafone products and services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Utilize sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue for the store.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.

Knowledge Of Mobile Technology: Vodafone Is A Telecommunications Company, So A Good Understanding Of Mobile Technology And Devices Is A Must For This Position. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Devices And Their Features, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot Basic Technical Issues.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours: This Role Requires The Retail Adviser To Work 24 Hours Per Week, Which May Include Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate The Needs Of The Business.
