  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Bluewater Experience store, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Vodafone products and services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Utilize sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue for the store.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  7. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  8. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the designated point-of-sale system.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store targets and objectives.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  13. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate channels if needed.
  14. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any discrepancies.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback on ways to enhance the customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role, Is Required For This Position. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Sales Skills, Customer Service Abilities, And An Understanding Of Retail Operations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Retail Adviser, You Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Listen To Customer Needs And Provide Clear And Concise Information About Products And Services.

  • Knowledge Of Mobile Technology: Vodafone Is A Telecommunications Company, So A Good Understanding Of Mobile Technology And Devices Is A Must For This Position. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Devices And Their Features, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot Basic Technical Issues.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours: This Role Requires The Retail Adviser To Work 24 Hours Per Week, Which May Include Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate The Needs Of The Business.

  • Customer Service Oriented: The Primary Focus Of This Role Is To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Vodafone Customers. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Friendly, Approachable, And Able To Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints In A Professional And Efficient Manner. Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is A Plus.
