As a Retail Adviser, you will be the face of our brand and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. No two days will be the same as you assist customers with their needs, promote our products and services, and contribute to the overall success of our store.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the store.
  2. Serve as the face of the brand and represent the company in a positive manner.
  3. Assist customers with their needs and inquiries, including product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.

  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers.

  8. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers by maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
  9. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and compliance.
  12. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
  14. Work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time to assist multiple customers.
  15. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  16. Be passionate about technology and have a desire to learn and adapt to new products and services.
  17. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive experience.
  18. Be open to working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs.
  19. Be a team player and contribute to the success of the store and company as a whole.
