  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  4. Utilize various recruitment platforms and techniques to source and identify potential candidates.
  5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  7. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

  • Experience In Recruitment And Talent Acquisition: A Resourcing Specialist At Vodafone Should Have A Proven Track Record In Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent. This Includes Experience In Various Recruitment Methods, Such As Job Postings, Job Fairs, And Social Media.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures: As A Resourcing Specialist, One Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations, To Ensure Fair And Compliant Hiring Practices.
