Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.

  • Proficiency In Using Recruitment Tools And Systems, Such As Applicant Tracking Systems And Social Media Platforms, As Well As Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Recruitment.
