
Referent Employee Relations

- Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters within the organization.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Act as a mediator and facilitator in resolving conflicts and disagreements between employees and the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees in addressing their concerns and complaints.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances and provide timely and fair resolutions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to address any issues related to employee relations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations matters.
- Conduct training and workshops for managers and employees on conflict resolution, communication, and diversity and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all employee relations cases and outcomes.
- Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues before they escalate.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters.
- Foster a culture of open communication and mutual respect among all employees.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate employee satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Uphold the values and mission of the organization in all employee relations practices.
A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large, Multinational Company.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Labor Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, And Workplace Safety.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
Experience In Conflict Resolution And Mediation, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Resolving Employee Disputes.
