- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Help create and maintain employee records and databases.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Collaborate with team members to organize and execute training and development programs.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues.
- Communicate with employees to address their HR-related queries and concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Attend team meetings and provide insights and suggestions.

A Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of International Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In Employee Relations, Including Handling Disciplinary Actions And Resolving Conflicts.
Fluency In English And At Least One Other Language, Preferably German.
