  1. Conduct performance testing: Design and execute performance tests on our systems and networks to identify any potential performance issues and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Analyze and report on performance data: Collect and analyze performance data from various sources and generate reports to identify any areas of improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other teams such as developers, network engineers, and project managers to understand performance requirements and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
  4. Troubleshoot performance issues: Proactively identify and troubleshoot any performance issues that may arise in our systems and networks, and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in performance engineering to ensure our systems and networks are in line with industry standards.
  6. Optimize system and network performance: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of our systems and networks, using various tools and techniques to enhance overall efficiency.
  7. Develop and maintain performance testing tools: Develop and maintain performance testing tools and scripts to automate performance testing processes and improve efficiency.
  8. Provide technical expertise: Serve as a technical expert on performance engineering and provide guidance and support to other team members on best practices and methodologies.
  9. Ensure compliance: Ensure that all performance engineering processes and procedures are in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our systems and processes, and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Performance Engineering, Preferably In A Telecommunications Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Performance Testing Tools Such As Loadrunner, Jmeter, And Gatling.

  • Strong Understanding Of Coding Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C#.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Performance Issues.
