  1. Conduct data analysis to understand the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to gather insights and inform campaign strategies.
  4. Utilize data visualization tools to present campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics to continuously improve campaign strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and report on results to stakeholders.
  7. Create and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  8. Identify and segment target audiences based on data analysis and work with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
  9. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
  10. Train and educate team members on data analysis and testing techniques to build a data-driven culture within the marketing team.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and tools for campaign analytics and testing.
  12. Continuously monitor and report on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign strategies.
  13. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
  14. Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure proper data collection, storage, and integration for effective campaign analysis.
  15. Take initiative to propose new ideas and strategies for testing and optimization to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
