  1. Oversee the Business Transformation Program (BTP) administration and ensure its smooth operation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of BTP processes.
  3. Lead a team of BTP administrators and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
  4. Monitor BTP progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of BTP activities.
  6. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact the success of the BTP.
  7. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of BTP activities and progress.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to BTP administration.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to BTP administration.
  12. Act as a point of contact for any BTP-related inquiries or concerns.
  13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BTP processes and outcomes.
  14. Manage budget and resources allocated for BTP administration.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the BTP administration team.
