  1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention for Vodafone's telecommunications services.
  2. Create and manage customer loyalty programs that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative loyalty initiatives that differentiate Vodafone from competitors.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform loyalty program strategies.
  5. Plan and execute targeted campaigns to engage and retain customers, including email, social media, and other marketing channels.
  6. Manage the budget for loyalty marketing initiatives and track ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loyalty marketing to continuously improve Vodafone's loyalty programs.
  8. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues related to loyalty programs.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support loyalty program initiatives.
  10. Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior management on the performance of loyalty programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Train and mentor team members on loyalty marketing strategies and best practices.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to customer data and privacy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Loyalty Marketing, Customer Retention, Or Crm In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Loyalty Programs And Campaigns That Drive Customer Engagement And Retention.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Identify Customer Trends And Behaviors, And Inform Loyalty Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Relationships With External Partners.
