Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Loyalty Marketing, Customer Retention, Or Crm In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Loyalty Programs And Campaigns That Drive Customer Engagement And Retention.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Identify Customer Trends And Behaviors, And Inform Loyalty Strategies.
