To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least five years of experience in analytics or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with SQL, Python, and other data languages. You should also be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have a passion for innovation and collaboration. - Proactively identify areas of improvement in analytics processes.
- Train and mentor team members in the use of analytics tools and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful data collection and analysis.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop strategies to optimize the use of analytics to support business objectives.
