- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain key accounts within the IoT business unit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact for all business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets through effective account management and upselling/cross-selling efforts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate the value of IoT to clients and prospects.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management on account performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor and analyze account metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on Vodafone's products and services to effectively position them to clients and prospects.
- Represent Vodafone at industry events and conferences to promote our IoT offerings.
- Mentor and train junior account managers to ensure a high-performing team.

Sales Experience In The Iot Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales, Preferably In The Iot Industry. This Includes Experience In Lead Generation, Pipeline Management, And Closing Deals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Account Manager, Effective Communication And Relationship-Building Skills Are Crucial. The Candidate Must Be Able To Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner To Both Technical And Non-Technical Clients.
