  1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for the IoT and international services division at Vodafone.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  3. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the change process.
  4. Monitor and assess the impact of changes on business operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in change management, and apply them to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the division.
  7. Conduct training and provide support to employees to ensure their understanding and adoption of changes.
  8. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during the change process.
  9. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, including key metrics and performance indicators.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on change management and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  12. Represent Vodafone and the IoT and international services division in external events and forums related to change management and technology.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all change management activities.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Iot And International Services Change Manager Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Stakeholders At Multiple Levels, Both Within Vodafone And With External Partners.
