Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Services, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proficiency In Hr Software Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
