1. Develop and implement a comprehensive privacy, responsible AI, and data regulations strategy for Vodafone, taking into account global regulations and industry best practices.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy and data protection laws and regulations in all countries where Vodafone operates.
3. Stay up-to-date on new and changing privacy and data regulations and proactively adapt Vodafone's policies and procedures to remain compliant.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, IT, and Marketing, to ensure that privacy and data protection principles are integrated into all aspects of the business.
5. Train and educate employees on privacy and data protection policies and procedures, and promote a culture of privacy and data ethics within the organization.
6. Maintain and review Vodafone's data privacy notices, consent forms, and other related documents to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
7. Act as the main point of contact for privacy-related inquiries from customers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
8. Conduct privacy impact assessments for new products and services to identify and mitigate potential risks.
9. Lead Vodafone's responsible AI initiatives and ensure that AI systems are developed and implemented in an ethical and transparent manner.
10. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to advocate for responsible data practices and influence industry standards.
11. Monitor and report on privacy and data protection metrics to senior management and relevant regulatory bodies.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve Vodafone's privacy and data protection practices to maintain a high level of trust with customers and stakeholders.
